Our Peace of Mind guarantee starts at our design consultant’s first visit where they will listen to your needs, offer a standard "Classic" or unique  "Creative" design, depending on your individual needs and desires, and provide a preliminary estimate of the building costs for that selection.  From there we develop formal plans a fixed price contract, manage Council approvals and deliver a quality home addition, on time and on budget.
